65th ISI World Statistics Congress 2025 | The Hague

› Invited Paper Sessions

The ISI's Invited Paper Sessions (IPS) programme of the 65th World Statistics Congress, to be held 5-9 October 2025 in The Hague, The Netherlands, will be announced in the month of July 2024.

The WSC 2025 will highlight the newest insights, developments and challenges of statistics, statistical science, and data science in all aspects of life. The congress will host key notes, talks and presentations on a wide variety of topics, with the overall goal of presenting a balanced  programme that provides a sense of the current state and future direction of statistics and their applications.

The programme will span the full field of statistics and data science including academia, business, industry, government and official statistics in line with the breadth of the ISI and the Associations affiliated with the ISI. Topics include but are not limited to official statistics, survey statistics, environmental statistics, business and industrial statistics, applications of statistics, mathematical statistics, probability, biostatistics, statistics education, statistical literacy, statistical computing and data visualization.


Invited Paper Sessions 

Each IPS proposal should include a brief description and justification for the proposed session and a list of presenters and discussants who have agreed to participate. The selection criteria will take into account scientific quality, impact, and overall diversity. Acceptance of your IPS proposal has already been e-mailed and the status can be also be seen in your account.
