The Short Course Programme for the 65th ISI World Statistics Congress 2025 offers a diverse range of 1-2 day courses on 3 and 4 October 2025, just before the main congress in The Hague. Led by experts from various statistical fields, these courses cater to the needs of statisticia. The programme is an integral part of ISI's statistical capacity building efforts, with topics covering all areas of statistics represented by ISI and its Associations. To ensure accessibility, especially for students and participants from lower-income countries, course fees are set at reasonably low levels. The Short Courses Committee is chaired by Peter van der Heijden.
The call for proposals is closed, the Short Course Committee will review the applications submitted and contact the applicants with the results end of December 2024.
The registration for the for the Short Course programme will open end of January 2025
