The University of Malta – Valletta Campus

The Valletta Campus, popularly known also as the 'Old University Building' in Valletta, was constructed to serve as a Jesuit College, the first stone laid in 1595. It served as the premises for the University of Malta until the 1950s, when a new and larger campus was constructed in Mdina. The Valletta Campus now serves a very important function as the University’s conference centre, equipped with the latest audio-visual technology to give the best experience to organizers and participants. The building has to entrance, one on Merchants Street which is pedestrian and another on St Paul Street which is also accessible for those arriving by taxi.
