Abstract

Smart Surveys involve different platforms and applications that are smart in the sense that they are technically capable and functional solutions to conduct complex studies and can be extended by smart features that alleviate the complexity of the study and potentially further increase the reliability and accuracy of the data. Yet the true test of these smart solutions and smart features lies in the ability to use the platforms and applications for the intended purposes. Smart Surveys, thus, change the human computer interaction. This paper reports on usability tests to reveal what respondents should be able to do to complete complex tasks using smart features.
