Abstract
The Central Limit Theorem states that the sampling distribution of the sample mean, for a large or infinite population, is approximately normally distributed. In this paper, we apply the Central Limit Theorem to the Pareto Distribution by simulation. We simulate for sample sizes of n=30,50,100 and 150.The results show that the sampling distribution of the sample means of the Pareto Distribution is approximately normal by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. Moreover, histograms with the normal curve plot are being exhibited.
