Abstract

Despite the unanimity of economists on the role that capital plays as a factor of production, there is no consensus on its definition and measurement. As a result, the development of this statistical series is extremely complex. The objective of this article is to overview the literature relating to the stock of capital and its interactions with sources of growth with an application to the case of the Moroccan economy.
