Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), acknowledges the necessity of deliberate efforts to elevate the use of official statistics. Trust in official statistics is key for all users. In collaboration with Statistics Sweden, KNBS has undertaken a comprehensive initiative to produce quality reports for statistical products classified as official statistics. These reports serve as comprehensive documentation, outlining the quality dimensions of each product, ensuring fitness for purpose.
This presentation sheds light on the Kenyan experiences and insights in collaboration, focusing on the development of quality reports and templates. By sharing these practices, KNBS aims to foster a culture of high-quality reporting among all producers of official statistics in Kenya.
