Abstract
A closer examination of the disparities between men's and women's working conditions around the sub-Saharan African countries reveals numerous significant differences in job quality and working conditions between the sexes. This work aims at improving employment quality for gender and mandatory gender equality in sub-Saharan African countries which could help overcome persistent gender inequities that need special attention.
Considering gender equality, it is complicated to investigate whether gender influences how people feel about their work. Evaluation of the significance of job quality for both men and women is the major key idea for creating job policies either at national or cooperate organizations.
This work reveals that the relationship between gender equality in employment, particularly in working conditions, contributes generously to improving job quality in sub-Saharan African countries.
